About the Role

You will be an integral part of a growing team, with an opportunity to work alongside Partners and Senior Managers of the firm. You will be encouraged to manage the following:

Completing Individual Tax Returns;

Completing Business Activity Statements;

Completing year-end Financial Accounts and Income Tax Returns (including Companies, Partnerships, Trusts and SMSF's);

Utilising cloud-based accounting systems including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Class Super;

Preparing and conducting tax planning and strategic tax advice to clients;

Providing mentoring and support to junior members of the team;

Liaising with Government bodies and;

Work on challenging clients including small businesses and avid property investors.

About the Applicant

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals who enjoy working both independently and in a collaborative team environment. To be successful, you will need the following attributes and qualifications:

Degree Qualified

3+ Years Experience

Experience with Xero & Quickbooks (primarily using XeroTax). Knowledge of Class Super will assist.

Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be target driven

Confident, well presented, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role will revolve around speaking with clients to deliver results and mentoring younger staff members.
