Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and lodge income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.

Manage BAS, IAS, and GST compliance.

Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.

Assist with financial statement preparation.

Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and compliance requirements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

ASIC related secretarial services

Adhoc client accounting needs

Assist in transitioning to new tax system

About You:

You are seeking a stable role where you can work with a consistent team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

You value consistency over rapid career progression or frequent job changes.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion).

Minimum 2 years of experience in tax accounting, ideally within an Australian accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar platforms).

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
