ABOUT US

Lane 8 Building & Project Services is a small construction-based company specializing in commercial and retail building services, residential renovations, and maintenance across Perth. As a growing company, we're establishing our reputation through "Quality & Integrity" and building strong client relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Day-to-Day Bookkeeping (All Rounder Role):

Accounts Payable/Receivable - process invoices, manage payments and collections

Invoicing - generate customer invoices using Tradify and Xero

Bank reconciliations - daily processing and account management

Payroll processing - weekly payroll and superannuation management

Financial reporting - month-end reports and BAS preparation support

Bi-monthly statements and Power BI data updates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

>2 years' experience with processing AP, bank reconciliations and payroll

Construction industry preferred

Advanced Xero proficiency - our primary accounting system

Working knowledge of Tradify and ServiceMate software

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis

Diploma of Accounting or equivalent

Strong experience in Xero
