About the role

WMP Tax Accountants' are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time (or Full Time) basis in our Burswood, WA office. This is a flexible role that will provide you the opportunity to put your bookkeeping skills to use in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Managing Xero files for a range of small business clients

Bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll

BAS and IAS preparation

Liaising with clients and our internal accountants

Supporting the team with ad-hoc bookkeeping and admin tasks

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a small practice or professional services environment

Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and software (e.g. Xero)

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
