About the role

The Contract Performance Officer sits within the Waste and Recycling Branch, Infrastructure and Amenity Division and offers an exciting opportunity to ensure Melbourne’s essential waste and recycling services are delivered to the highest standards.

This role plays a key part in safeguarding service quality, strengthening provider accountability, and supporting the strategic goals of the City of Melbourne in building a sustainable and liveable city. Based primarily on site in our vibrant Melbourne CBD office, you’ll enjoy being in the heart of the city with cafes, shops and transport right on your doorstep.
