Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) offering a base salary of $95,000 plus superannuation. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all contractual matters across residential property sales and rental agreements. Working closely with our sales agents, property managers, and senior management team, you will ensure all processes are efficient, compliant, and professionally executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and services.
Manage paperwork and compliance associated with property contracts, sales, and leasing services.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, clients, and service providers.
Collaborate with sales agents, property managers, vendors, landlords, and tenants to ensure goals are met.
Advise senior management on contractual matters and implement their decisions.
Oversee contractor agreements, work orders, and report on variations.
Prepare and review submissions and reports on agency operations.
Collect and analyse data from sales and rental projects and report on outcomes.
Support office administration processes including accommodation and resource planning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as contract administration.
Proven knowledge of property contracts, leasing agreements, and compliance processes.
Fluency in Mandarin and English to liaise effectively with a diverse client base.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and real estate/contract management software.
