The Role

We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to support efficient procurement, contract management, and administrative operations across our projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure solid execution, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and amend various commercial contracts with domestic and international fertilizer and chemical suppliers, logistics providers, and distributors, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and equitable.

· Proactively track the performance, key milestones, and expiration dates of all critical contracts; manage the processes for renewal, amendment, and termination to ensure business continuity.

· Maintain a systematic contract management filing system, ensuring the accurate archiving and traceability of all procurement, sales, logistics, and service contracts and their associated documents (e.g., purchase orders, amendments, compliance certificates).

· Identify and assess potential commercial and legal risks within contract terms, particularly concerning international procurement, transportation of hazardous chemicals, and currency fluctuations, providing timely and professional risk mitigation advice to management.

· Assist the procurement and sales teams in negotiating contract terms by providing contractual expertise; build and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers and distributors to minimise risk and maximise value.

· Act as the central point of contact for internal contract matters; clearly interpret and explain contract terms and obligations to relevant departments, such as sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure company-wide adherence.

· Manage routine inquiries, disputes, and potential breaches related to contract performance; communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to find favourable resolutions for the company.

· Monitor the fulfilment of key performance indicators (KPIs) within contracts, such as supplier on-time delivery rates and product quality standards, and provide regular reports to management on overall contract status and risk exposure.

· Assist in optimising and standardising the company's contract management procedures, including approval workflows and the maintenance of the contract template library, to enhance the efficiency and consistency of the entire contract lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

· 3–5 years in contract administration, procurement, or similar roles—experience in logistics, or supply chain is highly valued.

· Outstanding organisational skills with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple contracts, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict deadlines.

· Excellent negotiation, stakeholder communication, and organisational skills.

· Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

· Proficiency in MS Office; experience with contract or project management systems is an asset.
