We’re Hiring – Join Our Team at Schubach St. Deli

We’re looking for two new team members to join our friendly, community-focused café in East Albury. If you love great food, good coffee, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, we’d love to hear from you.

About Us

Schubach St. Deli is a local café and deli, passionate about fresh produce, artisan sandwiches, and specialty coffee. We pride ourselves on warm, down-to-earth service and being a place where customers feel at home.

The Roles

We currently have two part-time/casual positions available:

1. Front of House / Barista Support

Some coffee knowledge or barista experience preferred

Confident in taking orders, serving customers, and keeping the café running smoothly

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

2. Food Prep / Sandwich Maker

Experience with food handling or sandwich preparation is an advantage

Comfortable in the kitchen—assembling sandwiches, prepping ingredients, and maintaining a clean workspace

Works well as part of a small team and can jump in where needed

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, positive attitude and strong focus on customer service

Reliability and willingness to learn

Availability on weekdays (with some weekend shifts)
