We're looking for experienced baristas and experienced sandwich makers/food prep staff to join our team. These are casual positions, with the potential to move into full-time after 3 months for the right person.

We ask for a minimum 12-month commitment and previous experience in a café or similar environment. Our workplace is fast-paced and team-focused – everyone helps each other out to keep things moving, but barista and sandwich prep are separate positions.

Barista Responsibilities

Making quality coffee and beverages to standard

Operating coffee machines, grinders, and equipment confidently

Providing fast, friendly service to customers

Assisting the team when needed in peak times

Sandwich Maker / Food Prep Responsibilities

Preparing and serving sandwiches, salads, and other menu items

Maintaining food presentation and consistency

Supporting food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Assisting with restocking and prep to keep service flowing

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year experience in either barista or food prep/sandwich making

Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced café environment

Flexibility to take on different tasks when needed

Reliable, friendly, and a strong team player

Commitment to stay in the role for at least 12 months

Minimum age of 16 years or older
