Austi beach cafe is on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic Barista/ Cafe All-rounder to join our team. Our cafe is located across the road from Austinmer beach. The perfect candidate will have great customer service skills, barista experience, thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working in a small team, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Barista/ Cafe all-rounder

Location : Austi Beach Cafe, Austinmer

Employment : Casual (min 20hrs) / Part time (flexible options available)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consistently high- quality coffee and beverages

Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive customer service

Assist with food service, POS operations, and maintaining cafe cleanliness

Support front of house team with general duties

Work well in a small team with a positive, can-do attitude
