About Us: Located on Darling Street in Rozelle, Dirty Red is a busy, community-focused cafe known for fantastic food, a friendly team, and seriously great coffee. We operate on a 'First Come First Served' basis, so we thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and a smile are non-negotiable.

The Role: This isn't just about pouring milk—it's about craftsmanship and speed! You will be responsible for:

Crafting high-quality coffee consistently in a high-volume setting.

Dialing in grinders and maintaining the machine/bar to the highest standard.

Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.

Assisting with general cafe duties (taking orders, light food running, cleaning) when needed.

We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a barista (minimum 1-2 years in a busy cafe).

A passion for coffee and keeping up with industry standards.

The ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.

Reliability and a commitment to working scheduled shifts (including weekend availability).

Someone who loves being part of a team and bringing good energy to the floor!

Hours: Dirty Red Rozelle operates Monday to Friday (7am – 3pm) and Saturday to Sunday (8am – 3pm). Full-time and part-time hours are available for the right candidate.
