Love coffee and connecting with people? We're nice nice - a friendly neighborhood cafe in Tweed Heads looking for a barista who gets excited about making great coffee and being part of our community.

What We're Looking For

• Someone passionate about coffee who wants to keep learning and improving

• A natural people-person who loves chatting with regulars and making newcomers feel welcome

• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

• Ability to jump in and help the rest of the team when needed

• Someone who can work in a clean manner

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Minimum 1+ years of barista experience required

• Candidates of any visa status will be considered

What You'll Be Doing

• Making consistently great coffee for our growing community of regulars

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home

• Learning names, remembering orders, and building genuine connections

• Working as part of our friendly team in a relaxed environment

• Helping maintain our high standards while having fun doing it
