About the role

We are seeking passionate and skilled Baristas and Chefs to join our dynamic team at Tommys cafe' in East Gosford, NSW. This casual position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and friendly cafe environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers

Preparing and presenting a variety of food items such as breakfast, lunch and snack options

Ensuring the cafe is kept clean, well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards

Providing excellent customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Working collaboratively with the wider cafe team to meet customer demands

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista and/or Chef in a café or hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to create high-quality espresso-based beverages

Demonstrated food preparation and presentation skills

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Current Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
