An exciting opportunity for a talented senior Architect to join this high-end, design-focused studio. You will be working in a creative and collaborative environment on beautifully crafted house projects. You will be working across all stages and have good autonomy of projects - the projects are holistic architecture and include interior design.

The right applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well-presented and able to provide a premium service to clients. You must have extensive experience in high-end local projects to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to and manage projects from concept through to construction

Work closely with Director and collaboratively with the wider design team

Contribute to studio’s high-quality design and client service reputation

Develop project specific details that maintain design aesthetic

Documentation and project management throughout

Coordinate with various consultants and stakeholders

Skills and Experience

High budget Residential NSW experience crucial

Vectorworks experience beneficial

Proven detailed documentation

Strong written and communication skills

Good knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards

Confidence with the ability to show initiative and be proactive

Customer service oriented and client focused
