Job Title: Estimator / Contract Administrator – High-End Residential

Our client is a highly regarded Master Builder, multiple MBA award winners in the $12M+ category, renowned for delivering high-end residential projects, including both new homes and large-scale alterations and additions. They are known for their attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and working on architecturally designed homes valued from $2M to $15M.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Contract Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong high-end residential background who enjoys a mix of office-based work and occasional site visits. You will be a key member of the team, supporting the delivery of architecturally designed homes and large-scale residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tenders and cost estimates using Buildsoft

Develop budgets for cost plus projects

Manage variations and project cost adjustments

Oversee and manage sub-contractors

Support project administration to ensure smooth delivery of projects

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in residential construction, preferably high-end, Class 1 architectural projects

Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience post-qualification or after university

Strong knowledge of tendering, budgeting, and cost management

Proficient in Buildsoft

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, flexible hours (approx. 8:00 am–4:00 pm)

Primarily office-based with occasional site visits

Rozelle office location, with parking options available
