The Opportunity

We are seeking two Foremen to take on pivotal roles on some of Sydney’s most high-profile residential projects. This is a rare chance to work on landmark homes with one of the city’s most respected and award-winning builders, leading skilled teams and premium subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

Projects

Terrey Hills – $20M Estate: Oversee one large residence and one smaller residence on the same property, including a barn house, stables, and a horse-riding arena.

Palm Beach – $25M private residence: Oversee one large residence and one smaller residence on the same property.

Team & Structure

Each site has a dedicated Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, Contract Administrator and Leading Hands.

Strong in-house team of 25+ experienced carpenters.

Supported by an expert team of in-house staff and top-tier subcontractors

Currently running 5 large-scale projects, with 4 more planned for next year.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage in-house carpenters and leading hands.

Coordinate subcontractors to deliver premium finishes.

Oversee site set-out, ground works, and day-to-day operations.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards.

Work collaboratively with PMs, SMs, and CAs to maintain workflow and quality.

About You

3+ years’ experience managing high-end residential projects valued at $2M+.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent eye for detail and quality finishes.

Ability to manage multiple trades on complex, large-scale projects.

High-end carpentry experience is a must.

Comfortable working under a Senior Site Manager & Project Manager while taking ownership of key site activities.
