The Role

You’ll be leading a $6M class 1 residential build in Bronte, overseeing the project from groundworks through to handover. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage trades, maintain exceptional standards of craftsmanship, and ensure the project is delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and manage construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality.

Set out the site and oversee carpenters and subcontractors.

Liaise confidently with clients, architects, and senior management.

Maintain the highest standards of workmanship while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Foreman or Site Manager on class 1 architecturally designed homes ($2M+).

Cert IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent).

Carpentry background highly desirable.
