We are a leading hospitality group in Brisbane, dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences at our venues Hellenika, SK Steak and Oyster, Sushi Room and Sunshine.
To support our busy period, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team on a temporary contract.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and securing top hospitality talent across our venues. Working closely with managers, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of hospitality roles (front of house, kitchen, events, and support staff).
Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You:
Previous recruitment experience, ideally in the hospitality, events, or service industries.
A minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience is required for this position.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with attention to detail
Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
What We Offer:
Temporary contract (with potential for extension), approximately two days per week.
This role requires variable hours based on recruitment needs.
Immediate start.
Competitive hourly rate.
