ABOUT THE ROLE
They're seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within the operations function. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate extensive national travel, prepare board-level presentations, and build trusted relationships with franchise partners. You’ll also play a key role in keeping the Brisbane office running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll have visibility and influence.
DUTIES
- Manage and coordinate diary, travel, inbox and expenses for a highly mobile executive
- Prepare reports, board packs, presentations and briefing materials
- Act as the first point of contact for franchise partners and key stakeholders
- Coordinate new site openings across Australia and occasionally APAC
- Support office operations including supplies, visitors, welcome packs and facilities
- Manage team calendars, leave approvals and budget tracking
- Assist with planning and delivery of team events and national operations meetings
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You’ll be proactive and take initiative, able to build strong relationships with franchise partners, earn trust and rapport quickly, and bring curiosity to learning the franchise world while confidently supporting a busy leader who is often on the move.
- 3–5+ years’ experience as an EA or PA in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused – always a step ahead
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex travel and calendar requirements
- Comfortable supporting an executive who travels extensively and is often remote
