An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant to join the Campus Operations team. In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to the Associate Vice-President (AVP), including diary management, coordinating travel, preparing a range of documentation and correspondence, and undertaking a range of financial activities.
As the first point of contact for the AVP, you will also manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships with professionalism, discretion, and initiative. You will also provide committee support and contribute to minor project administration to ensure the smooth running of the office.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine alignment with the University's values and mission. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where priorities frequently change and adaptability is key.

Position Requirements
Demonstrated skills and experience in providing executive support services to senior management.
Ability to quickly understand and apply University policies and procedures.
Proficient in the operation of computers, including detailed knowledge of business support software.
Excellent oral and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to complete tasks independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
