Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + super

The Executive Assistant isn’t about diaries and inboxes, it’s about leverage. You’ll be the bridge between leadership and execution, the person who protects focus, reduces noise, and ensures the CEO and leadership team spend their time on what actually drives growth.
Our BHAG is big: helping 1 brand every hour hit $10K in sales. To get there, the CEO needs space to operate on strategy, revenue, and people, not back-to-back calls and admin loops. Your role is to create that space. You’ll have front-row exposure to how high-growth companies scale, learn the inner workings of brand building at speed, and develop a playbook of leadership, systems, and decision-making that you won’t find in a traditional EA role.

Responsibilities
Time & Focus Architecture
Build and defend the CEO’s Perfect Week, deep work protected, distractions filtered, priorities aligned with growth.
Audit and restructure calendar and inputs to make sure time spent = outcomes delivered.
Communication & Rhythm
Run inbox and comms with radical transparency: zero inbox cadence, decisive responses, early flags on overload/morale.
Ensure meetings have agendas, outcomes, and owners, no agenda, no meeting.
Travel & Events
End-to-end travel coordination: flights, hotels, itineraries, buffers, contingencies.
Oversee quarterly retreats, client events, and leadership offsites that feel premium and run seamlessly.
Orchestrate podcasts, speaking engagements, and content capture for leverage beyond the room.
Systems & Scale
Create, don’t copy, build SOPs, checklists, and dashboards that fight complexity.
Ensure receipts, expenses, purchases, and gifting are handled with speed and precision.
Partner with leadership to streamline hiring, onboarding, and training documentation.
People & Culture Support
Be the bridge: transparent with the team, transparent with leadership.
Catch signals early, whether it’s morale dips, bottlenecks, or missed ownership—and surface them with clarity.
Protect culture while we scale: standards high, but human.
