We’re partnering with a large and growing financial planning company with huge growth plans. They are looking for a hands-on Team Manager to lead their Client Services division through an exciting period of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership role for someone ready to step up and drive performance, structure, and efficiency.

You’ll be managing a team of around 20 to 25+ Client Services Officers across a national business soon to be 100+, reporting to senior leadership within a larger network that’s investing heavily in growth.

With recent investment and board changes, the business has full backing to expand — meaning plenty of scope to shape systems, mentor staff, and be part of something big.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach and motivate a team of 20 to 25+ CSOs + growing (Across Australia)

Drive process and systems improvements across XPLAN and internal operations

Step in on escalations and problem solve when needed

Oversee workflow, reporting, and service delivery standards

Collaborate with Advisers, Paraplanners and Operations to ensure seamless client outcomes

Support ongoing growth and scalability across the national group

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in financial planning, wealth, or professional services

Strong working knowledge of XPLAN and advice operations

Excellent people management skills – mentoring, coaching, and performance oversight

A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies

Someone who’s proactive, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
