💰 Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Super

Are you an experienced aged care leader ready to take on your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and well-established for-profit provider as Facility Manager of a modern, fully compliant aged care home.

About the Role:

• Lead a modern 100+ bed nursing home with strong systems and support in place
• Structure: FM → 2x Care Managers → 1x Quality & Education Manager → Nursing Staff → Care Staff
• Oversee operations, compliance, and resident care outcomes
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the management and clinical teams
• Drive a positive culture and ensure best practice standards across the service

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced aged care leader with proven success in Facility Management (or equivalent leadership role)
• Strong knowledge of compliance and accreditation requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build cohesive, high-performing teams
• A passion for delivering outstanding resident care and driving continuous improvement
• AHPRA Reigstration (desirable but not essential)
