Are you passionate about driving clinical excellence and supporting the development of staff in aged care? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Quality & Education Manager role with a highly regarded, for-profit aged care provider.
The Opportunity: Based at a modern medium sized nursing home near Manly Vale, you’ll be joining a supportive leadership team in a fully accredited facility. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and staff education, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.

Leadership structure onsite:

• Facility Manager
• 2x Care Managers
• 1x Quality & Education Manager
• Registered Nurses & Care Staff

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
• Previous experience as a Care Manager or Education Manager in residential aged care
• Strong understanding of compliance, accreditation standards, and staff development
