An excellent opportunity has become available for a Facility Manager to lead a below 100-bed residential aged care home in the Albury area. This is a chance to join a large and well-established not-for-profit provider known for their commitment to quality care and strong leadership support.

The Role & Structure:

FM > Nursing Staff > Care Staff

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: $160,000 – $165,000 + Super + full NFP Salary Packaging
• Ongoing support from a Regional Manager, Quality & Education teams
• Lead a smaller, community-focused facility with established systems
• Join a respected NFP provider with strong organisational backing

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration (Essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience as a Facility Manager or Care Manager ready to step up
