An exciting leadership opportunity has opened for an experienced Facility Manager to take the reins of a large, fully compliant residential aged care home in the Wollongong region.

The Role & Structure:

• Large 100+ bed Nursing Home
• Facility Manager > 2x Care Managers > CCC > RNs > Care Staff
• Oversee daily operations, staff management, compliance, and resident outcomes
• Backed by a large, well-established not-for-profit provider

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care
✅ Current AHPRA Registration (desirable)
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Proven ability to manage compliance, accreditation, finance and staff development
