In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, guiding and supporting a dedicated team to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Candidate Requirements

• AHPRA Registration Div 1 RN
• Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• You're a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for aged care
• Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly.
