This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to join a well-established not-for-profit provider as a Care Manager in a medium-sized, fully compliant nursing home.

The Opportunity As Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and be a key part of the leadership team, overseeing care delivery and supporting both residents and staff. With strong systems already in place, you’ll step into a stable environment with the chance to make a real impact in the day-to-day operations and quality of care.

Onsite structure:

• Facility Manager
• Care Manager (you)
• Clinical Care Coordinator
• Registered Nurses & Care Staff

About You

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Experience in residential aged care in a Care Manager or Clinical leadership position
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance
• A collaborative leader who supports, mentors, and develops staff
