Repairs & Maintenance Co-ordinator – Real Estate

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Manager to join our busy real estate team.

In this role you’ll:

Be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and trades.

Log and track maintenance requests.

Coordinate contractors and ensure repairs are completed on time.

Keep communication clear and professional at every step.

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent phone and email communication.

A team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Previous experience in real estate or property management is an advantage.

Requirements:

Valid NSW Driver Licence

Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate Agent Licence
