An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised and proactive EA/Business Manager to support a top-performing sales agent in Double Bay.

The Role
Working closely with the Agent, the EA/Business Manager will oversee the full sales process from listing through to settlement and beyond. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a strong client focus, and the ability to deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full listing-to-settlement and post-settlement process
  • Provide administrative support across all stages of the sales process
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, valuers, and inspectors
  • Prepare listing presentations, auction packs, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Arrange photoshoots, inspections, and pre-settlement appointments

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Manager (real estate experience highly regarded)
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency with AgentBox or similar CRM software
