We are on the search for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead out our team here at Suburban Rooftop and Dining.

We are located within the Townsquare of Ringwood’s Eastland shopping centre. We are an independently owned pub, with a passion to bring old school hospitality with a new school approach.

Our venue houses a restaurant, public bar, rooftop bar and courtyard with private dining spaces positioned throughout its three-story architecturally designed space.

This is a fulltime a positions

Responsibilities will include:

Managing day to day operations

Boost revenue, drive and upsell to enhance guest experience

Maintaining and executing the highest level of guest experience every shift

General cash off duties

What you'll need:

Experience in leading and managing a team

Experience in leading from the front in a hands on manner

To be proactive and have a high level of attention to detail

Cool under pressure but ready to go when its busy

Obsessed with providing the best customer experience every time

Well presented and very organised.

The desire to go above and beyond in your role

Ability to communicate efficiently both written and verbally

Full weekend availability at the very least

Passionate about food

General beer/wine and spirits knowledge (cocktail knowledge is a bonus)

Valid Victorian RSA
