We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café and Events Operations Supervisor at our Boutique 5-star Hotel, Zagames House in Carlton to join and lead our front-of-house team, to champion exceptional service, and create an unforgettable patron experience.

What You'll Do

· Oversee the daily operations of the Café and lead the execution of function and events for the House.

· Provide a customer centric service offering to all our guests.

· Preparation of fortnightly rosters.

· Monitor food and beverage areas for presentation and cleanliness

· Opening & closing procedures for the café and functions

About You:

You are:

· Operationally focused with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail.

· Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our valued customers

· High personal standards in providing superior customer service

· Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry, ideally with a Boutique Hotel environment.

· Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality or food and beverage experience is required.

· Must have Australian work authorisation at the time of application.

· Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
