The Role

We are seeking a Catering Services Supervisor to lead our catering operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:

· Oversee day-to-day food service delivery in line with food safety and aged care standards.

· Supervise, mentor, and support the Catering Services Team.

· Coordinate menu planning, food orders, stock control, and supplier management.

· Ensure residents’ dietary, cultural, and personal needs are met.

· Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming kitchen and dining environment.

What You Bring

· Formal qualifications in Cooking and current Food Safety Supervisor certification.

· Experience in food services within residential aged care or a similar setting.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS, and aged care compliance standards.

· A positive, resident-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
