THE POSITION

• Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events.
• Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards.
• Hands on leadership with some sandwich making and food preparation.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

THE PERSON

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in coffee making and front of house required.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Organised, reliable, and confident managing service in a busy environment.
