· Onsite Work – NO WORKING FROM HOME

· Must be available to work Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday

· Onsite work from our Glen Waverley office

· Hours are flexible you can work between the hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm

· Assisting the Office and Payroll Manager

You must have over two (2) years’ experience in Payroll in Australia. Must be available to work every Monday and Tuesday and on occasions Wednesday. Working hours are flexible you can work between the hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm.

The Role on offer is a part time Payroll position.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

· Processing weekly end to end payroll - medium to large

· On boarding new staff

· Entering Job orders

· Invoicing

· General accounts as required

To be successful in this role, you must have all of the following attributes:

· Experience in all aspects of payroll

· Experience using FastTrack preferred but will train

· Experience using Xero

· Sound interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good organisational and time management skills

· Able to multi-task, work to deadlines and under pressure

· Confidence and ability to liaise with all levels of people

· Mature, reliable, and committed attitude

· Proven ability to work in a team and independently

· Minimum 2 to 3 years working in similar role in Australia
