• Part Time - Tuesday and Wednesday
• $37.13 per hour

We are looking for a part-time payroll officer to work Tuesday and Wednesday for our client who operates in the industrial engineering and energy solutions industry.

Your role will be:

• Payroll processing fortnightly AU and NZ (Datacom Payroll Provider)
• Maintain debtor accounts within terms
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Monthly Compliance: BAS, Payroll Tax and Superannuation
• Yearly Compliance: Workers Compensation Vic and NSW
• Collect Mail once a week
• Banking if required
• Assist with sales order entry
• Provide support for answering the phone

To be successful you will need to have:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a fortnightly basis.
• End of month Payroll processes are completed
• Ensure compliance with ATO, superannuation, and relevant awards
• Ensuring employee details and records are kept up to date
• Administration of Workers Compensation
• Has expereince witrh Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Ad hoc payroll matters
• Provide timely responses to payroll-related queries.
• General Ad hoc

Hours:

• 8am to 4pm Tuesday and Wednesday
