About the Role
Reporting into a vibrant and supportive Payroll Manager, you will work as part of a team of payroll professionals to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services. This is a hands-on, full-function payroll role well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to continue building their payroll career within a dynamic environment.

Duties

End-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume environment

Leave calculations including long service, maternity, and parental leave

Processing of terminations and redundancies

Accurate interpretation and application of EBAs and Awards

Management of payroll queries and inbox with a strong focus on customer service

Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and internal processes

Skills and Experience

Previous experience working in a large, complex payroll environment

Strong understanding of EBAs and Awards

Proven end-to-end payroll experience in high-volume environments

Prior experience with Dayforce (highly regarded but not essential)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
