We’re partnering with an exciting, creative organisation in the hospitality space that is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to take their brand presence to the next level. This is a newly created, standalone role reporting directly to the CEO – perfect for someone who loves the freedom to own a function and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of traditional marketing.
What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Owning the brand’s social media channels – from strategy to content creation, community management and analytics.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to shape brand direction and customer experience.
• Exploring new trends, platforms and creative approaches to keep the brand fresh and dynamic.
• Developing partnerships and activations that connect with audiences in memorable ways.

What we’re looking for:

• A confident marketer with a passion for social media and digital storytelling.
• Someone who thrives in a standalone role and enjoys the autonomy to make a real impact.
• Creative flair with the ability to think outside the box and try new ideas.
• Strong communication skills – both written and visual – with an eye for design and detail.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be highly regarded.
