HVAC Service Manager

$130k - $150k + Super + Vehicle

APAC FM are seeking a Service Manager | HVAC. This full-time role is based in Sydney and will see you leading a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional HVAC services to a diverse client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Manage a team of 15 professionals to ensure all preventative maintenance, breakdown and installation work is completed to a high standard.

Liaise with clients to understand their HVAC requirements and schedule work accordingly.

Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles, equipment and tools.

Monitor work orders, job costs and team productivity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide technical guidance and training to support the development of the service team.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a HVAC technician with proven leadership and people management skills

Strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including installation, repair and maintenance

Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients

Ability to manage a team, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

Understanding of relevant safety and compliance requirements

Relevant trade qualifications and licences
