The opportunity
We currently have multiple opportunities for casual Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. Shift availability from Monday-Wednesday 7:00am-6pm & Thursday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for our CK Store and online customer inquiries
Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into forever raving fans
Liase with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time-efficient manner
Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls resolved)
Communicate with customers globally
We are looking for individuals who have
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service, call center or similar role
Strong attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Retail experience or knowledge preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
Proficiency with computers with a typing speed of 50-60 words per minute
Strong multitasking abilities
