The Opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable, driven, and self-motivated team player to join our energetic crew. You’ll jump in, hit the ground running, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Love motocross? Awesome. Not into bikes (yet)? No worries, we’ll train you up!

Our Customer Service team doesn’t just support MXstore we also look after FightHQ, ATVstore, ROADstore, and Draggin. That means there’s plenty of variety, different customer bases, and heaps of room to bring your own skills and interests into play.

We’re also open to a remote role for the right candidate (Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a big plus).

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional service via phone, email & live chat

Manage orders, returns, refunds & shipping with accuracy

Keep records up-to-date across systems & platforms

Build customer loyalty & retention

Upsell and promote our in-house brands

Continuously learn, adapt, and grow

What You’ll Bring

Customer service experience

Proactive, positive attitude & strong initiative

Excellent communication, follow-up & documentation skills

Strong computer skills (CRM experience a bonus)

Ability to thrive under pressure & hit KPIs

Flexibility to work weekends & holidays

The Details

Casual role on a rotating roster (weekends included)

Opportunity to move to permanent for the right human

Paid under the General Retail Industry Award, with higher rates for specialist/leadership roles
