Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving membership sales through outbound calls, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Building rapport with prospective members and converting interest into committed memberships.
Understanding the full suite of membership packages and confidently matching benefits to individual needs.
Responding to inbound enquiries with urgency and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is an opportunity to sell or retain.
Handling feedback and objections with a solutions-focused mindset.
Processing new memberships and renewals using the Club’s CRM, Archtics.
Maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
Collaborating with teammates to meet sales targets and share best practices.
Supporting retention efforts through proactive engagement with existing members.
About You:
Proven experience in sales, call centre, or customer service roles.
A confident communicator with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Organised, professional and detail focused.
Able to thrive in a high-pressure, team-based environment.
Enthusiastic about AFL and sports culture.
Experience with Archtics, Ticketmaster, or similar CRM platforms is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer:
Be based at our world-class training and administration facility: Brighton Homes Arena, Springfield Central
A fun, engaging and inclusive Club culture
Flexible hours
Potential to work with other departments and on match days
Easy access to free carparking and public transport
The roles will be on a casual basis with the primary focus to assist the team through the membership renewal period leading into the 2026 season.
