We are looking for a casual, experienced Customer Care Representative to work in our Brisbane office. Lovehoney offers a boutique working environment in a close knit and collaborative team. This role will suit a highly motivated, well-organised individual with at least one year of experience utilising customer service skills and systems to deliver customer centered support.

What you will do:

Be responsible for delivering Lovehoney's award-winning customer service

Effectively deal with all customer queries made by telephone, email & online chat

Process and enter customer orders as required

Advise customers and provide information about products

Follow up all order issues to ensure total customer satisfaction

What you should bring:

At least one year of Customer Service based experience in a customer focused environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously

High level communication, computer and administration skills

Problem solving skills and decision-making abilities

A positive attitude with a “can do” approach

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
