Join a well-established construction company based in Fortitude Valley and play a key role in supporting both financial operations and project delivery.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Managing supplier accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing monthly reconciliations across multiple accounts and projects
• Supporting project teams with job costing and financial reporting
• Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions end-to-end
• Setting up new customer accounts and ensuring smooth invoicing processes
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts role within construction or property
• Finance, Accounting, or related qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong systems knowledge – Excel, QuickBooks, and Jobpac experience highly desirable
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
