The business specialises in supplying quality products to the building sector and is known for its strong customer focus and solid community ties.
This role offers a great mix of financial administration and general office support, perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys contributing across multiple areas of the business.
Key Duties Include:
- Handling accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Processing supplier invoices and maintaining precise financial documentation
- Monitoring weekly cash flow and preparing finance-related performance reports
- Managing payroll activities
- Providing general administrative support such as document handling, filing, and managing project files
Candidate Profile:
- A proven track record in a combined accounts and office administration role
- Well-versed in accounts receivable and payable processes with proficiency in XERO or similar platforms
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail
- Strong communication skills paired with effective time management
