We specialise in the fabrication of high-quality aluminium windows and doors, servicing builders across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. VEN Windows is a newly established company, we are part of the Westerman Family, who also own Westbuilt Homes—a trusted name in residential construction for over 30 years.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to both financial and operational aspects of a business.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and job file management.

Manage accounts payable and receivable using XERO accounting software.

Process invoice payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Weekly cashflow and finance KPIs

Payroll

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business & accounts administration.

Proven competency in managing accounts receivable and payable.

Proficiency in XERO or similar accounting platforms.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and time management abilities.
