We’re partnering with a leading construction company to recruit a Customer Experience Coordinator to support client engagement across high-profile projects.

In this newly created role, you'll work closely with project teams to gather customer feedback, drive improvements, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and analyse customer feedback across multiple projects
• Identify insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Support the rollout of customer experience initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Maintain CX documentation and best-practice tools

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3+ years’ experience in customer experience (not customer service)
• Background in construction, property, insurance, or local council preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
