What You’ll Be Doing:

Being the first friendly voice, our clients hear — by phone, email, and in our showroom

Preparing quotes, processing orders, and keeping everything running smoothly in our CRM/ERP

Coordinating stock, deliveries, and timelines with suppliers and the sales team

Assisting clients with selections, samples, and product information

Building strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders

Learning our stunning product range inside-out so you can confidently support clients and the team

About You:

You’re the type of person who brings energy, organisation, and warmth to everything you do. You love working with people, your detail-obsessed, and you thrive in a busy, design-led environment.

3+ years in customer service, administration, internal sales, or phone-based support

Experience with high-end or luxury products (a must!)

Confident communicator — you build rapport easily over phone, email, and face-to-face

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Tech savvy — comfortable with CRMs, MYOB, Excel, Word, etc.

Ambitious and excited to grow your career in design and interiors
