Victoria Park Orthodontics is growing and we are looking for our next amazing Orthodontic/Dental Assistant to join our fun and vibrant Orthodontic team.

What your day to day will look like in the clinic:

You will be chairside assisting our Orthodontists and Oral Health Therapists.

First point of contact in the clinic for patients and their families, so a warm and approachable manner is important.

Taking clinical photos and digital 3D intraoral scans

Infection control (sterilisation)

Handling and preparing dental instruments for treatments

Providing clear verbal patient treatment instructions

Ensuring treatment areas are kept pristine

Maintaining detailed patient records

Assisting with scheduling appointments for orthodontic treatments, and follow-up visits.

Managing patient records, including updating personal information and treatment histories.

How you will make us smile 😄:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual who has dental or orthodontic assisting experience. The position is also suitable for a dental assisting graduate with Cert III or Cert IV qualifications as full training will be provided. Please do not apply unless you have orthodontic/dental assisting experience or have a qualification in dental assisting/nursing.

The finer details:

We are seeking a part-time (minimum of 2 days per week) or full-time team member.

No weekends or late nights!

Hours: 8.15am to 5.15pm
