About the role:

We have a great opportunity for a skilled Auto Parts Interpreter to join our Front Counter Sales team. The successful applicant will be a team player, who is self-motivated and will fit in with our core values of integrity, respect, accountability, and professional behaviour.

This full-time position provides quality sales and parts advice to our Customers. The duties include, however are not limited to:

Providing quality parts advice (including accurate cross referencing) to Customers.

Accurate and timely processing of Customer Sales placed via the Front Counter, phone, or email/ online platforms.

Developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with our Customers.

Accurate receipting of EFTPOS/ Cash from Sales placed at the counter.

Accurate picking/ packing of Customer orders.

Ensuring Showroom displays are sufficiently stocked and surrounding workspaces clear and tidy.

Core skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar Parts Interpretation/Sales role (+2 yrs. preferable).

Proven ability using advanced Sales/ Quotation software, e.g., MYOB, SAP or similar.

Attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office suite.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong work ethic and organisational skills.

Proven ability to identify and resolve enquiries in a timely manner, while maintaining a customer service focus.

Proven ability to work individually or as a member of a team.

Willingness to learn and be flexible to changing business needs.

Current valid C-class WA Drivers Licence.

The completion of, or substantial progress towards completing, a Cert III in Automotive Sales. (Desirable)
